Vi-bra User Agreement

I. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Vi-bra (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

II. Service Description

Vi-bra is a social application designed for adults (18+), providing features such as online chat, and interactive functions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not a convicted sex offender or prohibited from using the service under applicable laws.

III. User Code of Conduct

As a user of Vi-bra, you agree NOT to:

• Post, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, violent, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity or provide false information during registration.
• Abuse platform features for harassment, stalking, spamming, or fraudulent activities.
• Use the service for any commercial purposes or unauthorized advertising.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or platform community rules.

IV. Intellectual Property

• All content, interfaces, graphics, logos, and trademarks within the App are the exclusive property of Vi-bra and its licensors.
• The content you post remains your property; however, by posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and use such content within the scope of providing and promoting our services.

V. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vi-bra provides an online social platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from user interactions and are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Users should exercise caution when sharing personal information; Vi-bra is not liable for risks arising from offline interactions.

VI. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any terms of this Agreement.
• You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Your actions are deemed harmful to the platform, its reputation, or other users.

VII. Child Safety and Compliance

This App is strictly prohibited for users under the age of 18. We strictly adhere to Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Google's Child Safety Standards. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child safety violations and will report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

VIII. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the App is registered/published, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
